Healthy Church Leadership

Developed in Nairobi among an association of Baptist churches, this training manual focuses on the critical components of a healthy church. This course can be taught in 13 weeks or spread out longer, and it looks at the model of the first church in Acts as a measure of how churches should function today. It begins with a helpful assessment tool that allows your church to consider its own strengths and weaknesses. Then, the manual drills down on the 12 characteristics more deeply to help you and your church know how to improve in a particular area. Specifically addressing the church in Africa, this curriculum has now spread to multiple countries and is being translated into multiple languages.
