Chronological Bible Storying (CBS) is a method of bible teaching for those who are oral learners. Many in Africa do not know how to read, but this should not keep them from learning the bible. The CBS method gives oral learners a broad understanding of Scripture. It typically takes many months, and the bible stories flow chronologically through the bible so that the students can have a deeper knowledge of God’s word. “God and Woman” was explicitly developed with Muslim women as the target audience; however, this resource is helpful for anyone who wants to learn the stories of the bible. Each lesson contains the text of Scripture, helpful study questions, and teaching aids.
